Shipping policy

We offer a flat rate shipping to all countries we ship to outside of Norway.

For customers outside of Europe, the UK, and Switzerland, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

Responsibility: The recipient of the order is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed on our website.

Customs Clearance: Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we may refund the product price (excluding shipping costs), subject to any return fees incurred.
